We have been fortunate to reserve the Yardley Inn again for our Winter Luncheon. After meeting with the Chef we are able to offer family style dinning with three entree choices. This year we will have organic Salmon, sautéed with spinach and roasted marble potatoes served with a passion fruit butter sauce; Chicken, Bacon and Mushroom Pie served over noodles and Roast Beef served with root vegetables and horse radish sauce.
There will also be a mixed greens salad with the house vinaigrette dressing and warm apple crisp for dessert. Hot coffee and tea as well as soda and ice tea will also be included. A cash bar will also be available.
The chef assured me that specific dietary needs can be accommodated. So upon registration, PLEASE advise of any dietary restrictions in your registration.
As in the past, this event will be strictly limited to 66 guests so register early. The club is again subsidizing the cost; therefore, the cost per person is $15. The final date to register (unless sold out prior) and for refunds will be Wednesday, December 30, 2015.
